Reporters Without Borders (RSF) writes that Wikileaks could publish the documents under the U.S. Constitution.
"It's the first time that we observe an attempt by the international community to censor a Web site that is dedicated to the principle of transparency. We are shocked that countries such as France and the U.S. suddenly bring its policy on freedom of expression in line with that of China. We point out that in France and the United States the matter to the court, not the politicians to decide whether a site should be closed. "
